kay, so im 16, im about 5’8 and I dont have too much fat but not too much muscle either. I was wondering if this was an option or if its something i shouldnt even consider. I couldnt find an age restriction anywhere but i wanted to make sure if it was okay for me to take or something that would end up hindering my health… I was also wondering if there were side effects like muscle loss if you stopped taking the product?
