* Drink fresh juice of tomatoes everyday.

* Drink slight hot water early in the morning, before having toothbrush.

* Add little salt to hot water and drink it before going to bed in night.

* Drink lemon juice in morning and evening.

* Add two tablespoon of ginger juice, two tablespoon of lemon and two tablespoon of honey to hot water and drink it twice a day.

* Keep black grapes in cold water for whole night and then make filtered juice of it in the morning.

* Eat few oranges before goin to sleep.
